Lessons from an Exceptional Leader

 

Not all companies have been lucky enough to ride the wave of the coronavirus and keep going throughout, but Bray Group Healthcare has survived and learned a lot. Here I interview the MD, Sally-Anne Naunton, about what contributed to their success. Many factors play a part in the ability for a business to continue operating throughout such challenging times, including the obvious demand for the product or service, but what is clear is that leadership plays a critical role.
