That's where I come in.
Alongside my private psychotherapy practice, I founded It’s Time for Change 10 years ago based on the belief that if we all started to do things a little bit differently, we’d achieve huge results.
We need to stop assuming managers instinctively know how to develop and lead great teams, and that all employees know how to be their best. Instead, we need to proactively build workplace environments that foster wellbeing, collaboration and engagement.
It’s Time for Change is dedicated to working collaboratively with business leaders, using psychological principles and evidence-based practices to create workplace cultures where employees excel, where teams are dynamic and where people are happy.

Having started my career as a teacher and with continuing experience as a psychologist, I can support your staff — providing them with the knowledge & confidence to look after themselves and others.
I work closely with both adults and children to improve mental health, wellbeing and quality of life. We engage with practical, scientifically-proven approaches to achieve rapid and sustainable change.
