6. Three monthly ‘reflection & development’ sessions to track progress, overcome barriers, support creation and implementation of next steps.
You will gain clarity around the current position for the team regarding each theme (what does it look like now, what is working, what needs to change?) and team development of a shared vision for each theme. Development of next steps to work towards achieving the vision, with each individual taking responsibility for their role and identification of measures to know that the team is moving along the scale towards the desired outcomes.
