These individual coaching sessions are grounded in psychotherapy and provide an opportunity for individuals who are feeling stuck, in need of change or who want help with specific issues to move forward. It’s ideal for both personal or workplace challenges.
The four-phase process includes:
- Introduction session; setting the scene
- Identifying needs, providing psychological insight, planning for progress
- Core session to overcome barriers, provide knowledge, skills and strategies
- Follow-up session
These solution-focused sessions are confidential. They provide space to reflect, identify issues, understand the brain and its current responses, and the behaviours of others, and be confident in taking action to achieve goals.
Sessions can be phone, video or face-to-face.
