I talk about the impact of Covid and working from home, on women in particular, and the need to look after our own wellbeing before caring for those around us. It’s something most of us know but we often continue to put on the back-burner due to other pressing needs. Here I explain why we can no longer adopt that approach and how we need to change tact.
