A Female Perspective in celebration of International Women’s Day – Charlotte Wilson
Charlotte is someone who strongly believes in valuing the contributions of individuals and leading by example. She is an experienced leader who puts people first and and in this conversation she explores the female perspective on employee experience and creating a culture for women to succeed. Who better to inspire others for International Women’s Day?!
We cover a lot of ground, including:
- What makes our experience feel meaningful
- What can get in the way of employee experience being positive
- The unique contribution of women, and for women at work
- The need for diversity
- Planning for an exceptional employee experience
- Examples of good, and not-so-good practice
