Leadership Team coaching includes:
- Initial exploration, gaining insight and understanding of the current picture and future needs
- Development of a strategy to move forward with, planning resources and anticipating barriers
- Review of progress, successes, challenges, and any amendments to the strategy
- Follow up to review how everything went, and to plan for ongoing success
Participants will take away individual development plans to help them implement the skills and knowledge they’ve gained through the coaching sessions. These plans will need time to be implemented between the coaching sessions and then beyond.
Coaching typically includes a variety of voice, video calls and face-to-face meetings, to suit those involved. If additional core sessions are required, these can be agreed upon, and added, during the process.
