Following a governor lead 360 performance review of my leadership, Lisa supported the reflection and development process to ensure maximum impact on improving my leadership skills and effective change management. She guided me in analysing the qualitative and quantitative feedback and identifying the correct priorities for development. We then explored and agreed key strategies for communication and follow up work with colleagues as well as identifying appropriate strategies to gain further feedback. The process throughout was supportive and confidence building whilst appropriately challenging.
