About me

I am an experienced chartered psychologist, psychotherapist, consultant, trainer and facilitator. I started my professional career in teaching twenty years ago and then qualified as an educational psychologist before following a path in mental health and well-being including psychotherapy. I am practical, forward focused, evidence based, dynamic and confident to work with children, adults, individuals and groups.

Psychology is at the heart of all change and development and my expertise in mental health means that I am able to offer an alternative and holistic perspective to achieving results. Together, we work out what needs to change, how to overcome barriers and, using goal oriented methods, we develop an integrated approach to achieving sustainable change.

I offer:

  Counselling, Psychotherapy, Emotional Health Coaching

  Training, courses, workshops, group work

  Project development and facilitation

I work with schools, children’s centres, corporate organisations, the legal service, the public and other like-minded individuals.

Outside of work I enjoy time with my family, especially travels in our camper. I love fresh air and to keep fit and relish the challenge of adventure races. I am usually planning or working on a home/ garden improvement project. In the time remaining, I have an active social life!
